ICT professionals from the United States and Nigeria worked with the Lagos State Honorable Chief Judge and the commissioned ICT committee to design, develop and deliver an e-filing and case management platform, the first of its kind in Nigeria.
Litigants file suits and make payments over a secured web portal. Counsel file from chambers and track cases worldwide through a secure login. Judges manage cases from assignment and scheduling through hearing, judgment and post judgment.

Started as a Systems Engineer more than two decades ago. Competencies across business process management, application design, network design and administration, integrated security, unified communications, continuity of operations, disaster recovery, storage area networks and VoIP. Led the systems and network engineering team behind the U.S. Department of Health Integrated Health Information Reporting System.
Ola Aiyegbusi
Seventeen years managing network design, installation and operations for multimillion dollar organisations. Previously at Verizon Business Managed Hosting Services and BAE Systems Information Technology, running the Network Operations and Security Center and coordinating enterprise incident response as a Security Operations Center manager.
Victor Akinpelumi
Began as a Systems Analyst with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation across multiple IT capacities and subsidiaries, then worked with multinationals in oil and gas. Competencies in systems administration and support, heterogeneous systems management, project management, network hardware and software, and collaboration systems.
